As you can see, it’s much more than just diet and exercise. Wellness also consists of a healthy sexual life and relationships along with the ability to check in with yourself overall to ensure that you are in good health. Traditionally, when I think of wellness, the first thing that comes to my mind is fitness. While fitness is most definitely a part of our total wellness, as mentioned above, it’s only a small part of it. Of course, that doesn’t mean it should be overlooked either. My personal favorite tip to help you find total wellness is through meditation. Meditation can be done with subconsciousness repatterning, with yoga, and with walking to add joy and balance into your life. After all, nature is extremely important to your health, so adding it into your routine is crucial to feeling your best. My personal favorite type of meditation is a manifestation meditation. By focusing on all the good in your life and sending out a great energy with willingness to bring forth success and happiness in your life, you can plan out your future and manifest the life you want to have.

One of the most famous modern forms of meditation is mindfulness. Mindfulness can start in the morning with your beauty routines and move with you throughout the day to your work. It’s about being present in the current moment, paying attention to everything happening around you, including how you move, what you see and hear, and how you feel. Being more mindful at work can actually help to add balance and success in your career. Mindfulness helps to remove blocks in your manifestations and helps you to access your divine feminine energy to transform your life.

Perhaps, think about adding crystals into your meditation routine or taking a digital detox to help control your stress levels. Think about journaling as a way to provide natural stress relief, too. Regardless, a healthy mind means less stress, which can be achieved through meditation, through manifestation, through mindfulness, and more. 

Sleep

Another important element in your total wellness is your sexual health and the health of your closest relationships. Then, there’s understanding and potentially practicing sexual wellness with your partner. Overall Health

As mentioned above, fitness and exercise, diet and food, mental health and mindfulness, sleep, and sex all contribute to your overall health and wellness.
