That means that the state of your physical body largely determines your mental functioning. So it’s no surprise that a healthy lifestyle plays a crucial role in managing stress. Start by nourishing your body with a balanced diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins. These nutrient-rich foods will fuel you with energy to deal with anything that comes your way. Additionally, avoid excessive consumption of caffeine and sugary foods, as they can contribute to increased stress levels. And don’t underestimate the power of exercise! Regular physical activity is also a powerful stress reliever.

Practice mindfulness
