Procedures:

1. Making the BBQ Tofu Burger

The first step in making a BBQ tofu burger is to cut the extra firm tofu into half. Afterward, poke tiny holes in the tofu using a fork to help with absorption. Then, cover the sliced tofu with some BBQ sauce, and let it sit for at least ten minutes. Finally, you can fry the tofu on medium heat until both sides are crispy.

To make the BBQ sauce, combine 2 tbsp of BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp BBQ spice mix, and 2 tbsp oil.

  • large zucchini
  • pint cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves (garnish)
  • salt
