By adding an avocado to the mix and making sure all the ingredients are vegan. Our chocolate avocado mousse only takes 10 minutes to make, and it’s not only super delicious but also filled with nutrients.

To make it, you’ll need 2 ripe avocados, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender. Then, add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend it all together until it’s smooth and creamy. Put the mousse in individual serving dishes, and let it all chill in the refrigerator before serving.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

It’s no secret that chia seeds are a superfood. They are a wonderful source of fiber, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. Which makes them a great addition to any vegan dish, but especially desserts. One of the easiest and quickest vegan desserts that you can make is chia pudding. In just about 30 minutes you can prepare yourself a treat that is both yummy and nutritious. Here’s the recipe.

To make the pudding, you’ll need 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. In a bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid. You can also prepare the pudding the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Once it’s done, you can serve it with your favorite toppings such as fruits or dark chocolate.

Vegan Banana Bread

Banana bread is one of the most liked desserts out there. It’s comforting, suited for almost any occasion, and even a great snack option.
