The fitbook: Fitness + Nutrition Journal

This journal is one of the best I have seen on the market. First, you write down your before measurements, weight, and body fat percentage. Second, you fill in your attainable 12-week workout schedule. Just jot down the days as you get to go more into detail on your weekly schedules.

Each week, you get to be more specific and write down your exact exercises and how many sets of each you’ll do each day. At the end of the week, you can tally up your workouts, your nutrition, and decide what reward you earned that week!

Alongside of your fitness tracking, you also have to keep track of your eating habits. You will keep an individual daily food log. You have the space to fill in what the meal is, notes about the meal, and how you feel after it. Additionally, you can keep track of the number of servings per food group, a.k.a. the nutrition tracker, as well as your glasses of water and your hours of sleep.

At the back of the book, you also have a few blank pages to journal or add in whatever notes you wish.
