Justin Gelband Can Help You Have the Body of a Victoria’s Secret Angel
Last week, the VIVA GLAM Team got to experience a workout like no other. We attended a fitness class with celebrity trainer Justin Gelband at Swerve Studio in Los Angeles. Justin is known for being the trainer of Victoria’s Secret Angels Miranda Kerr, Candice Swanepoel, Karlie Kloss, and Erin Heatherton, as well as for being the co-founder of the gym modelFIT.
We had a great time at Gelband’s class, as he makes working out fun and easy for everyone. Rather than encouraging attendees to push themselves in their workout routine, he preaches the idea of doing small movements with complete devotion. If you commit 100%, you can have the smallest movements but still feel the effects of the workout. The class focused mostly on the legs and butt, though the workout did still burn in the arms and the abs. It was easy to follow, and the class went by very quickly.
While it’s great to aim for the body of a Victoria’s Secret model, it is important to remember to focus on being the best version of yourself, too. That’s what matters the most. So come to his class for you, only! And commit to getting the body that’s right for you.
