Order anything from the à la carte menu with all options for foodies.

3. L’impossible Organic Restauant

An Italian style restaurant in a very french ski resort. L’impossible is a renewed farmstead that serves organic, farm fresh recipes and handmade pasta, bread and pastries. Don’t expect any modern french flair here, this place is traditional, the way your Nona used to make it, Italian. They also offer three hour cooking courses so you can make that bread that you enjoyed, just don’t make it better than they do.

4. Chez Constant

A delightful little ski themed lodge with charming decorative details throughout. Come for a lite lunch and choose from the à la carte menu or a decadent dinner that is sure to delight. Young gastronomically inclined patrons are also welcome with a delightful menu for those under ten years old.

5. Le Panier des 4 saisons

Traditions here are valued, but not scared as the spin on the classic is increased. Regional wines along side modern dishes, staple french food reninvented for the ever changing palate. A surprise and a taste of France in every bite. One thing that is not suprising though is the use of fresh local ingredients. Only open for dinner be sure to make a reservation and come early. Some hunting down a small quiet alley makes this spot the romantic, relaxing night out you deserve.
