Hi, I’m Nancy Morfin the CEO of CannaCura. I started this company because I truly believed in the power of CBD. Coming from a corporate background, I dealt with stress and anxiety daily. I had a couple of anxiety attacks – at the time I had no idea what they were – I just knew there was something wrong with me and my health, so I sought help by going to my doctor. I was prescribed a good number of pharmaceutical drugs, which I depended on and used for about 2 years. When I first met my fiancé, he brought my prescription drug use to my attention and helped me get off them. Coming from a cannabis background, he introduced me to natural remedies, and CBD was one of them. After using CBD, I felt normal again! I tossed all those pharmaceutical drugs in the trash and never looked back. A year later, the corporation I was working for did a mass termination, and my position ended. This helped me start CannaCura. I always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur but never had the opportunity to make it happen. The first things that popped into my head were beauty, health, and CBD: the 3 things I am absolutely passionate about! And that is how CannaCura started!
What exactly is CBD?
