However, you have to make sure to choose the right one. Opt for a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to shield your skin from both UVA and UVB rays. Don’t skimp on the application. Ensure even coverage over all exposed skin, including your face, neck, and hands. Even during the winter, don’t forget to reapply. Especially if you’re spending time outdoors, reapply sunscreen every two hours, or more frequently if you’re sweating or in contact with snow or water.
