1. Tokopah Valley Trail to Tokopah Falls
The top trail on our list of fall hikes is the Tokopah Valley Trail to Tokopah Falls in Sequoia National Park. Just shortly after the Giant Forest in Sequoia, you will find the Tokopah Trail. This is a beautiful hike taking you from lush fields, past clear streams, and through a towering forest all while following a rushing river and steep mountainside. As you get to the end of this 3.7 mile trail, you will find a rough scattering of rocks attached to an enormous mountainside. The path continues on the rocks until you reach a beautiful streaming waterfall feeding the river below. The view of the waterfall on the hard, rocky mountain is a site you must see for yourself.
Hiking is a fun and healthy way to not only get your body in shape, but to also explore the world around you. So get out there and see the hidden beauty around Los Angeles, all while getting yourself into better shape.
