Who Needs Botox? Making Funny Faces Can Help Beat Wrinkles!

Forget botox, fillers and facials! Facial exercising is gaining popularity as a healthy and natural alternative to maintaining that “youthful glow”.

Can contorting your face into a sequence of expressions several times a week stave off the ageing process?
Follower Anne Dunhill believes it can! She spends ten minutes each morning looking at herself in the bathroom mirror while grinning, grimacing and making funny faces. She believes these series of expressions has made her free of jowls and often mistaken for a woman in her early 50’s. Anne is 69.
And while her husband may think she looks ridiculous, she believes facial exercising definitely works.

Followers of facial exercising believe it will lessen marionette lines, lift cheeks, firm jawlines and lift saggy eyelids.
Another follower, Carolyne, practices her exercises ten minutes a day, five days a week. “This is an exercise regimen. Not a magic potion,” she said. And she proudly boasts the most striking result of facial exercising is the “glow” from increased circulation. In fact, she said, “People would say, .≤Gosh you look well! Have you been on holiday?'”

With muscle-toning exercises for a flabby stomach, thighs and bottom, does facial toning exercises make sense?
Or are they merely a series of funny faces? What do YOU think?
