Here’s a quick and easy workout just for YOU!
We all want to work out to keep our bodies tones and fit. But in today’s busy world, it is difficult to find time to do this. After all, we have children that need to get to school, careers, household chores, and family obligations that take up so much of the day. Before you know it, the day has come and gone and there was no time left to exercise!
I don’t know how many times I’ve intended to work out in the morning and before I knew it, the sun was setting. There goes another day with no time for myself. Well, taking time away from your busy schedule for yourself is important. Let me rephrase that: it is vital. It’s key to your mental, spiritual and physical well-being, and peace of mind. In order to give to others, you need to give to yourself first. If not, you’ll get stressed out and frazzled. And believe me, others will notice. It will begin to affect your relationships with friends, family, and co-workers, and your body will begin to show the signs of stress and fatigue. In other words, you won’t look your best.
Why not try a short workout routine that is easy to adapt into your schedule? We’re not talking a 90-minute class at your gym each day. You’ll be surprised by how just a short amount of time devoted to exercise will keep you fit and trim! By taking this little bit of time for yourself, you’ll feel so much better for it. How about trying Kayla Itsines’s 14-Minute Butt, Arms, and Abs Workout? This is a short, 14-minute workout that will better define key areas such as your butt, arms, and abs! If you don’t feel like you have much time, try getting up only 30 minutes earlier than usual to give yourself these precious moments of peace and rejuvenation! After all, YOU deserve it!
