Visiting as a Vegan/Vegetarian in Portland, Oregon

Over the last decade, major cities all over the world have become more vegan-friendly. In Toronto, there’s a boutique of vegan-only products. In Minneapolis, there’s a vegan butcher shop. And in Portland…well, it’s the most vegan-friendly place in the country. We heard wonderful things before our visit, but every place we visited exceeded our expectations.
