This superfood snack cafe is exactly what every Instagram has ever wanted. Their beautiful nutritious smoothies and selection of sweet or savory toasts make a delightful superfood breakfast or snack.

Vegan
It’s not often you can find vegan Caribbean cuisine, so you should DEFINITELY take advantage of this opportunity. The restaurant is a small brick and mortar space in Kensington Market, close to the east entrance on Baldwin St. What they lack in space, they make up for in flavor.
Another plus, everything is 100% non-GMO and can easily be made gluten-free as only one item on the menu has wheat. Not only can you please your vegan and vegetarian friends, but your gluten-free friends will be happy, as well!

Everything at Kupfert & Kim is plant-based and gluten-free, or as they call “meatless” and “wheatless.” They also make sure every vegetable and fruit that’s listed on the dirty dozen list is guaranteed organic and alway delivered to you in a compostable to-go container. Every dish is packed with vegan nutritious ingredients such as the rainbow radish, kale, sprouts, yam, and pomegranates. Whatever you order will most definitely fill you up and sustain you for the rest of the day.
