Ditch your green juice for a day to make this vegan version of a lassi, a popular Indian drink!
1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 12 hours and drained)
1/2 cup mango (frozen or fresh)
1 ¬¨Œ© tblsp lemon juice
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom
Blend until completely smooth. If not using frozen mangos, re-blend a second time with 1¬¨Œ© cups of ice.
