Avocados are a creamy green fruit that is a healthy fat. The monounsaturated fat is great for your hair, skin, and nails. It is high in fiber and loaded with B vitamins, also a great anti-inflammatory for anti-aging. If you are into beauty and skin, then this is a great natural beauty supplement for you.

 

Ingredients:

1 small avocado

2 tablespoons of your favorite hummus

 

Directions:

Cut the small avocado cut in half. Take out the pit. Scoop 1 tablespoon of hummus in the center of the avocado. Sprinkle paprika on top. You can eat immediately of snacking. If making a big platter for a party, put in fridge to chill until party starts.
