  • 1 Tsp. Lemon (fresh)
  • 1 Tsp. Sage (fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup


1. The first step in making this creamy soup is to heat a large pot with olive oil. Afterward, sauté the onion for about eight minutes. Then, add the garlic and sauté for about a minute.

2.After sautéing, the next step is to transfer the onion and garlic to a blender. From there, add the other ingredients, such as pumpkin, tomato, water, maple syrup, cinnamon, sage, and salt.
