3. Moro Rock
Moro Rock is a 0.4 mile hike located in the heart of Sequoia National Park. This is one of the best hikes that Sequoia has to offer, as it takes you up to the very top of this dome-shaped granite formation which overlooks the Great Western Divide. Don’t let its short length fool you, though. The entire hike is a steep climb up this large rock, making it ideal to hike when the weather is cooler. The fall weather will keep you from getting overheated on your climb.
