If you are an active person, snacks should not go over 200-300 calories. If you are not an active person, your snacks should not be over 200 calories. Chia seed everything
Did you know that chia seeds are full of fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids? They taste great and are simple to turn into a pudding. Simply add 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 6 tablespoons of chia seeds, ¬¨Œ© teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of sweetener such as maple syrup. Mix together and refrigerate for two hours. Voila! Top with berries and you’ll have a tasty snack!
