Sneak Your Daily Greens in a Smoothie

Are you getting your leafy greens in on a daily basis? If not, I have a great solution to sneak veggies in your diet without even tasting them. Believe it or not, put them in your fruit smoothie. You will never know.

The green smoothie you NEED to save.

We all know that they’re packed with vitamins, but greens are true super foods both for health and weight loss. They’re a great source of vitamins A, C and K, are full of healthy antioxidants, and also provide iron and calcium in the diet. Dark leafy greens are an excellent source of fiber and have close to no calories, so they’ll help fill you up at meals and snacks. The fiber in the greens also helps slow down and aid digestion. It is easy being green!


1 cup fresh mixed berries

1 cup spinach

1 small banana

1 large kale leaf

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon flax oil

1/2 cup of filtered water
