This is exactly what we found when we discovered HeyChesto, a glamorous, vintage-inspired vegan suitcase that you don’t even need to unpack during your travels.
HeyChesto was founded by world traveler Tanya Ames. At times, Ames was traveling with her four children, leading her to believe that there had to be an easier way to travel from place to place without having to unpack at each location. Her desire to create ease on her travels gave light to the idea of HeyChesto.
What makes HeyChesto so unique?
Unlike regular suitcases, HeyChesto has a shelving unit within it that you can unlock and release. Despite providing ample space within these shelving units, it can fold down into a very compact, carry-on-sized case. When you lift the lid, simply push the buttons that lock the top of the suitcase, and the shelving is revealed. The shelves are created from three layers of removable linen with hidden pockets on the wall of each shelf. This system allows your suitcase to become a chest of drawers when you reach your destination.
These suitcases are also vegan, which we couldn’t be more thrilled about. Instead of leather, the shell is made with ABS material and covered in PU, a durable imitation leather.
Classy, Vintage Style
What we love most about HeyChesto, however, is its classy, vintage design. As any glam girl knows, vintage vibes are always in the forefront of fashion. Unlike the inconsistent trends of the 20th century which killed class (we’re looking at you jeans under dresses), retro styles from the classy times of the 40’s and 50’s will always be in style no matter what decade we are presently in.
