Mangosa

Summer is that time of year where I like to drown myself in all things mango related. Today I am going to show you a spinoff of the Mimosa, something I like to refer to as the Mangosa.

Ingredients for 2 Glasses of Champagne:

4 or 5 Mangos

1 Lime

2 tbsp Sugar

Champagne

Step 1:
Cut your mangos (click HERE to watch our mango cutting video). Then, juice your mangos. I use the Jack Lalane Juicer, it has been my favorite out of all the juicers I have come across. If you don’t have a juicer you can also puree your mangos in a blender. The juicer just makes for a smoother syrup.

Step 2:
Place the mango juice in a small pot, squeeze in fresh lime juice, add sugar (you can add more or less to taste). Bring the mango juice to a boil, reduce heat, stirring occasionally until the mango juice is reduced to a thick syrup.

Step 3:
After mango syrup has fully cooled split the syrup between 2 champagne glasses, then top off with your favorite champagne.
