Use the appropriate weight for your strength. It is better to be in correct form with lighter weight than bad form with heavy weight. Use the mind muscle connection.

 

3 sets/12-15 reps

 

Walking Lunges

 

15 jumping lunges

 

Leg Press

 

15 jump squats

 

Side leg squats with resistance band on

 

15 jump squats

 

Hamstring curls

 

Legs extensions

 

1 minute mountain climbers

 

Calves (machine)

 

Jump rope 2 minutes

Repeat from the top of the list again
