Internationally, cities like London, Melbourne, and Madrid have been at the forefront of the vegetable-forward cuisine movement. There has been a dramatic rise in the number of restaurants that are revamping their menus to revolve around vegetables.

Differences between Unhealthy Vegan and Healthy Vegan Food
