You might have already heard about the health benefits of matcha tea. And by adding a sprig of mint to any drink, it instantly makes it taste so refreshing! So what are you waiting for? Try a Matcha-Mint Sparkler today and we guarantee your guests will just love it!

Simply squeeze fresh lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves into a mixing glass. Muddle this mixture with a muddler. Let it sit for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, add water. Then, sift powdered green matcha tea into the water through a sifter. Add this mixture to the mixing glass that contains the lime juice, sugar and mint. Pour this mixture over ice in a tall glass. Then, add sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a small wedge of lime. Add a straw and you’re set to enjoy a refreshing, cool Matcha-Mint Sparkler! There are no exact measurements here because all ingredients are to your own, individual taste!

A Matcha-Mint Sparkler is so easy to create that it makes a fun activity for any get together. And because all ingredients are measured according to your guest’s taste, let them get involved in mixing, squeezing, and pouring. Before you know it, your whole party will want one! Enjoy!
