The phrase “sexy bombshell” is usually tied to the warmest time of year: summer. But, you don’t have to wait all year to be sexy. You can be a bombshell all of the time because sexy has no season!
As you might already know, the term “sexy” usually refers to the physique. But sexy should also include inner beauty and attitude. We’ve been told curves are sexy and yes, it is true. But a curvaceous figure is not the only element that makes women sexy. I would like to break down the elements that make women sexy into a few categories.
First, let’s start with being healthy. Healthy is sexy. If you are not in overall good health, you won’t look sexy. Healthy means different things to different people. It is not about being a size zero. It is about feeling healthy. Ask yourself, “do you feel healthy?” If not, change this. Being healthy is internal and it radiates to the surface. The texture of your hair, the white in your eyes and skin texture are all affected by your internal health. After all, thin hair is not sexy. Nor is acne. The list goes on and on and all of these characteristics are the symptoms of your overall health.
In colder countries, women tend to have tighter skin than women in warmer climates. This is because skin, just like anything else, tends to stretch in the heat and shrink in the cold. In cooler climates, women wear hosiery even under jeans so it keeps their lower body tight and firm. If you live in warmer climates, wear tighter leggings around the house rather than slouchy sweatpants. This will help keep your skin firm throughout the year and it will reduce the appearance of cellulite.
