Get a Beach Ready Body in Under 30 Minutes!

Summer is around the corner and that means shorts, skirts and bikinis!

But who has long hours to devote to getting in shape?
This year, you don’t have to devote hours to your fitness routine.

Fitness expert and creator of America’s Next Great Trainer, Rob Fletcher, has created his new workout, HIIT, that will get you in shape in just under 30 minutes!

His formula consists:


-lunge and twists
-jump split lunges
-jump squats
-speed skaters
-push ups


Fletcher recommends 12-24 reps each, rest one minute and repeat 3-5 times.


If you do this 3 times per week, you will be ready to hit the beach this summer!
