Tired of doing boring cardio workout on a treadmill or elliptical at the gym? Then I have a fun cardio workout for you! This workout uses fun short plyometric intervals to get your heart rate up and make the time go by as you burn fat fast.
You can do this at home or in the gym. This workout is about 60 minutes of cardio fun with no machines. You will need a timer to time yourself. Keep that core tight while doing each exercise. The exercises below are self-explanatory. I do have a few links to explain some exercises.
Beginners: 2 sets
Intermediates: 3 sets
Advanced: 4 sets

4 sets
2 minutes jump rope (Can jump in place if no rope)
30 seconds high knees
25 step ups each leg on bench or step
30 second mountain climbers
2 minute jumping jacks
25 step ups on bench or step
30 seconds side jumps
30 second side hops
25 step ups on bench or step
1 minute of push ups, do as many as you can in 1 minute
Repeat from top until you have completed the desired number of sets that fit your fitness level.
