CARDIO RESISTANCE TRAINING

It's a busy week and you barely have time to stick to your regular workout program, what do you do? You mix your cardio and strength together! Here is a fun workout that will help you burn fat and build lean muscle. Have fun!

It’s a busy week and you barely have time to stick to your regular workout program, what do you do? You mix your cardio and strength together! Here is a fun workout that will help you burn fat and build lean muscle. Have fun!

Cardio Resistance training

*You will need a piece of cardio equipment (it can be elliptical, bike, treadmill, or stepmill) and you will need a pull up machine or bar.

 


Walk 10 minutes on the treadmill to warm up

 

Jog
10 minutes on the treadmill (push up the intensity)

 

Jump off treadmill and do 15 pushups and
30 body squats

 

Jump back on treadmill and run pretty hard for 5 minutes

 

Jump off treadmill and do 15 assisted pull ups and 30 walking lunges

 

Jump back on treadmill and run for 5 minutes

 

Jump off treadmill and do 15 pushups and 30 body squats

 

Jump back on treadmill and run 5 minutes

 

Jump back off and do 15 assisted pull ups and 30 walking lunges

 

Jump back on and run for 5 more minutes

Walk for 5 minutes to cool down..You’re done! Good job
