Layer Your Eyeliner
We are not exaggerating – Mario likes to apply about five layers of eyeliner. First, he uses a brown eye pencil which he smudges with a brush. Then, he applies a thinner layer of black eye pencil on the top, but closer to the last line. He smudges this layer as well. Next, he likes to use an inky black formula to define the waterlines – both top and bottom. Sometimes he’d use a colored or liner in a metallic finish to add a pop of sparkle to the look. Finally, Mario finishes off with a liquid formula on top. This technique gives a bold liner that won’t budge throughout sweat and hours of wear.
