ANTI-AGING BERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE
cup fresh berries (a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
cup frozen berries
1 cup chopped Kale
tablespoon of flax oil
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
scoops of your favorite vanilla protein powder (I love Sun Warrior Blend)
cup acai berry juice
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or Blender until smooth. You can add extra water to make it thinner or add extra frozen berries to make it thicker.
