Anti-Aging Berry Smoothie

Not only do you need to take care of your body on the outside, you need to take care of your body on a cellular level on the inside. Dietary choices are critical to delay the onset of aging. You can’t beat the aging process, but you can look fabulous for your age! Here is one of my favorite anti-aging smoothies that helps fight wrinkles and gives me an energy boost. I like to have this as breakfast or a snack throughout the day.

ANTI-AGING BERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

cup fresh berries (a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1
cup frozen berries

1 cup chopped Kale

1
tablespoon of flax oil

1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

2
scoops of your favorite vanilla protein powder (I love Sun Warrior Blend)

1
cup acai berry juice

 

Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or Blender until smooth. You can add extra water to make it thinner or add extra frozen berries to make it thicker.

 

Drink up for beautiful skin!
