Once in the Rain Room, it feels like you are in the middle of a noir film. You have to move at a slow pace
so the motion sensors consistently pick up on your movements.
It forces you to slow down, take notice of your movements, and be more graceful with your body. It’s a lovely metaphor for how all of us should be more aware of ourselves, our surroundings, and nature.
The majority of visitors explored this installation by walking with their hands straight out like zombies. We decided to take a more elegant approach.
