What is the best kombucha for YOU?
You might think the kombucha craze is relatively new. But fans of kombucha have been drinking it for thousands of years, as it is said to have originated in China at around 220 BC!
If you don’t know what kombucha is yet, it is a fermented green or black tea that is a rich source of probiotics and antioxidants. It can kill bacteria, possibly reduce the risk of heart disease, help manage type 2 diabetes, and can even help lower the risk of certain cancers.
Today, there are many varieties of kombucha available to you. And many believe the best ones are those that are low in sugar and contain no stevia. After all, the healthiest ones don’t try to mask the natural taste of kombucha with too much sweetening.
