This salad is healthy, beautiful (the colors!), it contains complex carbs and healthy fats for energy, it has a uniquely zesty and creamy tahini dressing, it’s easy to throw together and it’s great for transporting! Perhaps our favorite part of this salad is that it does have a healthy (and tasty) crunch to it – not in the form of croutons, but in the form of low sodium, lightly salted almonds.
