By the end of fall 2017, Rihanna will be able to add beauty mogul to her list of titles. Rihanna is partnering with the Kendo beauty division of the luxury goods company, LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, to create her own makeup line.
Chief executive officer of Kendo, David Suliteanu, told WWD, “Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience. We are aiming for the stars.”
Rihanna has partnered with shoe brands most recently (Puma and Manolo Blahnik) and has collaborated with MAC Cosmetics in 2013 with her own lipstick (under the Viva Glam campaign – no association with us). This will be her first major line on her own.
