Most everyone who has had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas has had an incredible experience. You might have had the opportunity to visit several times.  If so, you might be looking for fresh things to do on The Strip!

If this is the case, here are a few hidden things to do in Las Vegas that you might not have previously heard of before. And on another note, these activities are fun without the need of animals.  This is important as many animals are exploited each year for entertainment. In previous years, Las Vegas was known for animal shows such as Siegfried and Roy. Today however, the focus of entertainment is turning away from animals and towards other forms of fun.

So, let’s take a look at these hidden gems that you can do in Las Vegas that don’t include animals working in shows.

The Pinball Hall of Fame-If you love old style gaming, this is the place for you.  With more than 200 games to choose from, you can play pinball games dating all the way back to the 1940s! Some games even cost only ten cents to play.

Casa de Shenandoah Estate-Wayne Newton’s huge estate, Casa de Shenandoah, is now open to the public! Enjoy 52 acres of lakes, ponds and houses and get a glimpse of old Las Vegas history.

The Burlesque Hall of Fame-Las Vegas is known for burlesque and here you can enjoy a collection devoted to the art of the tease. See everything from ornate costumes to pasties and playbills from decades ago when Chesty Morgan and Candy Barr were headlining on The Strip.

The Minus 5 Experience-Located in Mandalay Bay, this is an ice lounge. In fact, everything inside is made of ice including the bar, walls and even your seats. What a perfect way to spend a hot Las Vegas afternoon!

The Mob Museum-The mob basically built Las Vegas. This museum offers an authentic look at the mob’s influence here.  Enjoy interactive exhibits and learn the inner secrets of organized crime and their impact on this unique city.

The LINQ’s High Roller Observation Wheel-Ride on the world’s tallest observation wheel! Here, you can enjoy a 360 view of Las Vegas’ downtown area. Imagine the view!

The Neon Museum Boneyard-Come and see two acres of over 200 old neon signs here at the Boneyard Museum. They also offer an hour-long guided tour so you can see some of old Las Vegas’s most famous neon signs.

Container Park-This is a shopping center that is built from shipping containers! Enjoy shopping, dining, and art galleries. The kids will love the outdoor courtyard with playground!
