How to Use a Highlighter to Give Your Face a Natural Glow

Candace Kita Shows You How to Highlight Your Face and Make it Glow

Especially in the summertime (but it also applies year round), it is important to finish a makeup look by giving your face a natural-looking glow with highlighter. Candace Kita is here to show you just how to do that.

In this video, Candace uses the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow.

Now, here’s a helpful hint. Candace recommends that you only apply this to 2 areas of your face. You could apply it to your cheekbones, nose, forehead, or chin, but she thinks if you apply it to all of those places it will be too much.

So, choose two of the following: cheekbones, nose, forehead, chin.

Candace chose to highlight her cheekbones and her nose in this video.

Then, use a slender brush to gently apply the highlighter to your chosen areas. To apply to the cheekbones, gently swirl the highlighter onto the cheekbones. To apply to the nose, gently glide the brush down the bridge of your nose.

This will make your chosen areas more prominent and give you that gorgeous summer glow all year round.
