Go Ahead! Try the Starbucks’ Rainbow Drinks. They’re Vegan!
Vegans have known for years now that we can easily replace the standard milk or cream in our coffee with vegan substitutes. Coconut, almond, and soy milk are usually always available at most locations. But how many of the “special” drinks advertised in the past have been 100% vegan? Probably none. Finally, this new social media phenomenon is 100% vegan.
Starbucks’ rainbow drinks are all over social media. This is no surprise as many of us love taking photos of our food and drinks, regardless. But if they’re colorful? All the more “likeable” on Instagram.
Note: all of the drinks are made with the refreshers, juices, or teas so none of them offer a good caffeine boost similar to coffee.
Here is the correct way to order the rainbow drinks off the secret Starbucks menu:
Pink Drink: Strawberry Acai Refreshers with coconut milk (instead of water)
Orange Drink: Orange mango juice with vanilla bean powder and a splash of coconut milk
Green Drink: Teavana Iced Black Tea with coconut milk (instead of water) and matcha
Blue Drink: Teavana Iced Passion Tango Tea with soy milk (instead of water) and vanilla syrup
Purple Drink: Teavana Iced Passion Tango Tea with soy milk (instead of water), vanilla syrup, and blackberries
If you go to Starbucks because of us, tag us in the photo as well so we know which one you chose! Enjoy!
