Tantouring is the new and exciting way to contour your face!
Contouring is a staple for makeup application these days. You contour to bring out definition in your face and it helps to sculpt your cheekbones, nose, and overall facial structure. But contouring can take extra time and effort each morning. Why not try a semi-permanent way to achieve contouring — tantouring!
That’s right, tantouring is a process that uses temporary tanning products to sculpt your face! Marissa Carter, of Cocoa Brown, is a beauty and tanning guru. She has four quick and easy steps that will allow you to wake up each morning with a perfectly contoured face!
First, Melissa recommends applying Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze Gradual Tanning Moisturizer on as a base. By doing this, your skin will have a gentle and radiant glow. Next, apply Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan Mousse Dark to your forehead with a stippling foundation brush. Then, with an angled contouring brush, apply Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan Mousse Dark under your cheekbones from ear to mid-cheek. Blend with your fingers to achieve an even glow. Also, by applying a bit of tan under the tip of your nose and down the sides, your nose will look smaller.
Finally, blend because just like contouring, tantouring is all about blending. If it looks harsh when you first apply it, don’t worry, just continue to blend for an even glow!
And that’s it! Leave it on your face overnight and by the time you wake up in the morning, you’ll have a gorgeous tantour that will last up to a week! Voila, instant glow that you don’t have to re-apply each morning! This is ideal for vacation or busy weeks with the family. And because it is semi-permanent, you don’t have to worry about it sweating off when you are biking, hiking or enjoying other outdoor activities! So look glamorous all season long with little fuss by tantourizing your face!
