Strawberries Whiten Teeth!

Strawberries contain malic acid which is a tooth whitening agent!

I am most often asked about my teeth and today I decided to do a post after a reader asked if there was a way to whiten teeth more naturally. The answer is yes! Strawberries contain Malic acid, which is a tooth whitening agent. All you need to do is crush one or two strawberries in a bowl, add a tsp of baking soda, and use a soft toothbrush to brush the mixture onto your teeth. Let the strawberry/baking soda mixture sit on your teeth for approximately five minute, then rise. Make sure you brush your teeth afterwards to remove any excess from your teeth. I like to use a whitening toothpaste from Crest. With all your leftover strawberries you can make my Strawberries and Cream dessert that I posted for Viva Glam Magazine!
