Lightened Up Strawberry Shortcake
Lately I have found myself drawn to Daphne Oz’s healthier versions of the tastiest treats. Your taste buds will be pleased with this Lighted Up Strawberry Shortcake!
Cook Time: 30-60 min
1 12-ounce store-bought angel food cake
1 pound strawberries (cleaned then hulled and sliced)
2 3/4 cups Greek yogurt
3/4 cup honey
Combine honey and Greek yogurt.
In a glass, layer 1 slice of angel food cake (each cake should yield 12 slices), yogurt, and sliced strawberries. If desired, drizzle honey over top.
