60 MINUTES TO SEXY

If you haven’t heard, sweat is sexy these days. Looking for a full body workout that focuses on sculpting your arms and legs while burning fat? This high intensity workout will do just that. Time to get your sweat on!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Always start with a 10 minute warm up on cardio equipment before you start. You will use dumbbells for the arms part of the workout. Make sure you have enough resistance with the weights so that it is challenging. And don't forget to use proper form!

 

 

Beginners:

 

2 sets/15 reps/60-90 seconds rest max if needed between each exercise

 

Intermediates:

 

3 sets/20 reps/30-60 seconds rest if needed between each exercise

 

Advanced:

 

4 sets/ 25 reps/30 seconds rest if needed (or none at all)

 

 

 

Walking lunges with bicep curls

 

Steps ups each leg

 

2 minute jump rope

 

Walking side lunges with frontal shoulder raises

 

Step ups each leg

 

2 minute jump rope

 

Stationary reverse lunges with tricep kickback

 

Step ups each leg

 

2 minute jump rope

 

Plie squats with shoulder press in air

 

Step ups each leg

 

2 minute jump rope

 

Repeat from the top
