Eat in moderation

Eat in moderation: I don't believe in dieting and I eat whatever I want BUT, I do it in moderation.  So, I don't pig out or overeat on things. If you deny yourself the pleasure of eating things that you love, you will eventually have to cave in and when you do you will probably over do it. Don't deprive yourself, enjoy the things you love in small quantities.  Also, don't eat until you are full. Eat until you are no longer hungry. There is a difference and by eating slow and paying attention to your body you will be able to tell the difference between "not hungry" and "full".
