Stay Cozy this Season with Manitobah Mukluks
November is such an exciting time of the year! It marks the beginning of colder weather which means cozy fireplaces, snow and dressing warmly. This season stay comfy with Manitobah Mukluks. These are authentic mukluks, moccasins, and accessories created in Canada by true Native artisans. They are handcrafted, one bead at a time, for you.
Throughout Native history, Aboriginal nations used distinctive leather, furs and beadwork to reflect their individual customs and culture. Today, the Metis continue their traditions by creating authentic footwear by using long standing traditions and techniques.
Celebrities such as Jessica Biel, Megan Fox, Kate Moss, Marissa Tomei and Paris Hilton have been seen wearing Manitobah Mukluks. I wear my pair of charcoal Manitobah moccasins with just about everything. They can be worn in the house as slippers, but I also wear them out and about. They are hand beaded across the front and are lined inside with fleece. They are so soft and warm. And I’m surprised at how supple they are. They bend so easily, it is as if I have nothing on my feet at all. I find myself imagining I am walking through the forest in these moccasins at the turn of the century following the deer paths. Well, at least I can imagine! In reality, I wear them in the car to drive as well as they are perfect driving shoes. My next purchase will be the tall classic mukluk for winter.
