DIY On-the-Go Essential Oil Blends for Focus, Bravery, and Overall Freshness

No matter where I go, there are a few essentials I love to carry with me, just in case. For instance, I always have a natural non-toxic hand cleanser because the average soap found in public restrooms contain propylene glycol and synthetic fragrances – both of which can cause irritation, allergies, and more.

Here’s my own recipe for a natural, non-toxic hand cleanser.

On-the-Go Hand Cleanser

8 oz glass pump bottle

20 drops thieves essential oil

10 drops lemon essential oil

5 drops peppermint essential oil (optional)

5 drops vitamin E Oil

Fill 1/2 way with witch hazel

Fill the rest of the way with aloe vera gel

Shake well before use and enjoy those clean hands!

FRESHEN UP SPRAY

The next item in my on-the-go bag is my Freshen Up Spray. I don’t know about you, but I have those days where I am out and about and realize I forgot deodorant..eeek! It happens! So keeping a little bottle of one of my oily perfumes or my Freshen Up Spray really helps a lot! Copaiba really helps you eliminate odor and lavender adds a fresh scent, although you can choose a different oil for scent. I really like lime or lemongrass.

Freshen Up Spray

2oz glass spray bottle

15 drops magnesium oil

10 drops lavender essential oil

10 drops copaiba essential oil

Shake well before use!

Bravery & Focus Roller

Lastly, I like to carry a couple rollers on me, ones that I call a Bravery Roller and a Focus Roller! I can get overwhelmed when I go out shopping or just in public in general. There is always so much going on and I am just one of those people who have a million tabs open in my brain at once. I have to see everything! So my focus roller helps me focus my concentration on what I actually need to devote my attention.

My Bravery Roller helps me when I have to attempt new situations. I am more of a homebody and prone to social awkwardness, so this roller really helps me get out there and break past my comfort zones!
