Coconut Oil for a Radiant Smile

Recent studies show the ancient technique of swishing coconut oil in your mouth can help whiten teeth, boost your immune system and help skin glow!

Oil pulling is an ancient Indian technique involving swishing oil around your mouth as a part of your daily oral hygiene.
It has become a recent trend and new scientific evidence shows that it does significantly reduce plaque on the gums and teeth, thereby increasing good oral health.

Coconut oil contains lauric acid that has proven anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

How do you oil pull?
After flossing and brushing your teeth, use one teaspoon of coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for 5-20 minutes.
Spit out and rinse your mouth with warm water.
This is best done in the morning and must be done before eating.

Oil pulling enthusiasts also believe this practice can improve skin, keep colds away and help with exhaustion!
What do you think? Would YOU clean your mouth with coconut oil?
