The ombré trend is a look that I believe evolved from the past economic recession. For those of you that remain clueless to what the ombré trend is, it’s where the roots of the hair are left dark, while an intense blonde graces the middle of the hair to the ends. This style became increasingly popular due to the fact that it required less salon time, in turn saving money. The look became so popular that even the fashion industry embraced it by mimicking similar colors in clothing designs.
