What foods should you avoid this holiday season to avoid that bloated feeling?

The holidays are upon us and with it comes much merriment and cheer… and also a lot of overeating! For many, the holidays mean get-togethers, dinners, and feasting much more than any other time of the year. In fact, you might be eating so much that you start to feel bloated and uncomfortable. No one wants to be at their office party with a tight waistband and feeling like they can’t even move. So, here are some foods to avoid this season in the buffet line that will help to keep you streamlined and feeling in that party mode!

Beans are high on the list because they are known to cause gas and bloating. Beans contain carbs that ferment.  This causes gas. So, if your buffet contains a lot of beans, you might want to pass these items up.
