4 Positive Daily Rituals To Adopt Into Your Life

Adopt These Practices For A Healthy, Happy Life

Every healthy, happy, content person in the world practices positive daily rituals. Whether it be going to bed and waking up at the same times every day, or going on a leisurely walk every day. Practicing positive daily rituals is the key to living a vibrant positive life.
It is in those little things that we do every day that creates the overall health and quality of our lives.

The secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine.

Yoga

Yoga is a perfect example of repeating the same healthy rituals every day. Most yoga practices consist of the same movements repeated. The beauty here is once you are on your path, boredom is irrelevant because once you know the flow of the class, it becomes a moving meditation and different things come up for you each day. The consistency of the flow allows you to transmute and balance those everyday energies. Even though you are repeating the same poses (asanas) you are learning different lessons daily.

Hygiene

We all have to clean ourselves, brush our teeth, and take care of our bodies on a daily basis so why not make it an opportunity to turn it into a positive daily ritual. One of the best ways to do this is by adding positive affirmations while you do these tasks.

For instance; while you are in the shower repeat positive intentions for that day, during the entire duration of the shower.positive thoughts only. Or imagine the water is enveloping you with a gold protective light. Maybe while you brush your teeth, look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself some positive compliments to pump yourself up for the day.

At first, this may feel ridiculous but it does work! Give it a try!

Prayer

Every religion and every culture thrives on rituals; to cleanse, worship, praise, show devotion, and for celebration. The power of prayer is one of the oldest and most powerful ways to adapt healthy daily rituals into your life and create stronger bonds between you and your children and other family members. Begin the day with a gratitude prayer and sending out prayers for others and the entire world prior to bed.

Intention

Last, but certainly not least, use a form of intention by making it a point to say three positive things before your feet hit the floor in the morning. If you can do it out loud .¨ even better!
