Consider this powerful bit of knowledge to help ease your mind and give you a boost of confidence…Everyone you meet in this life, and I stress EVERYONE, has been afraid of something, has loved something, and has lost something. We are all more similar than we are different…we are all connected…we are all one.
I believe the only way to harmony is through peace and love. Let’s start by first defining these three;
Peace occurs between heterogeneous social groups and is characterized by a lack of conflict and freedom from fear of violence. Commonly understood as the absence of hostility, peace often involves compromise, and therefore is initiated with thoughtful listening and communication to enhance and create mutual understanding.
Love is a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—”the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another”. It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one’s self or animals.
Harmony It’s a fact that we are all more alike than we are different. In effect, this means the more a person understands and admires traits and talents within him or herself, the more this person is likely to understand and admire about the rest of humanity.
If we come from a good place, a place of love and light, all good things will follow.
There have been moments in almost everyones day-to-day living when we have experienced the true joy of living in harmony. What has usually disturbed these moments are past memories of guilt and shame, carried by our ego. These feelings resurfaces every now and then, causing great discomfort. We must remember that the past is in the past, it’s not the direction we are going. We are on a path, moving forward toward our destiny. Have a clear vision of where you’re going, and enjoy the journey in the moment. If we stay mindful of the reality that we are not alone, we are connected to all of creation, and we are an important part of the universe, we will have the ability to feed off all the powerful energy around us. This connection brings about harmony.
Coexist in 3 easy steps, with a super charged bonus Shifting Point.
- If we want to live a life in peace and harmony with ourselves and our fellow human beings, we must begin the process in our hearts with love. All the power and strength we need can be found in our hearts. If we first search our hearts to find love, it is inevitable that we will also find our bionic connection to God. I believe that once we make that super-powered connection with our creator from a place of love, peace and harmony is unavoidable. With this connection comes the knowledge and desire to coexist with all that is.
- PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. We are innately born with powerful gifts in our spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. When we meditate deeply on these spirit gifts, we are strengthening our connection to God, and all of creation. Think of it this way; when you want to master something, you have to work at it, you have to practice daily, you have to sacrifice and give up things that get in your way. To truly master inner peace, harmony, and love, it takes dedication and a solid connection to your power source. It’s a daily practice that only strengthens and expands outward as you grow.
- RECOGNIZE OUR SIMILARITIES Our most important realization is that we are all connected. When was the last time you thought about the fact that we are all members of the human race? For most of us, this aspect of our identity is not front and center. The fabric of humanity is woven of many threads and each of us can enrich and uplift the whole in a very powerful way if we allow ourselves to remain conscious of what’s staring us in the face…ourselves, our bothers and sisters…humanity. When I look at another, I try to always see myself in that person, or animal. Working at finding common ground develops a connection that begins to come easier as we dedicate ourselves to a higher consciousness. It starts to be a second nature response to creation.
- VEGAN BONUS Veganism is probably one of the most powerful ways to elevate harmonious living. I believe that making the commitment to a plant based diet is something that comes from deep in the soul, it’s a complete shift in consciousness, and it only comes after making that connection to God…to humanity, and to all that is. When we eat the meat of another animal, we are chewing and digesting all the suffering and negative energy associated with the death of that animal. I believe that negative energy carries with it aggression, anger, hurt, and disregard for life. When I made the choice to free myself from consuming anything that had to do with torment and suffering, my life became much more connected to everything around me…to all that is. My love for nature and all of humanity swelled inside me, so much so, I was unable to contain it. A gentle peace washed over me and all I began to desire was harmony.
We should do everything in our power to honor commitments, Be kind, and love from our hearts. Let us cherish our friends and loved ones. Know that our words and actions hold both power and magic. It hurts to be hurt by the people we care about. Think before you speak…before you act, and remember, your actions and words can either build or destroy. We should always, always, always be mindful of others, and edify when ever there is that chance to edify. Just be kind…please be kind.
Find comfort in our commonalities, celebrate our differences, and always check-in with your heart connection before you speak or act. If we make the choice to go forward from a place of love and light…we will always be traveling in harmony with the universe, humanity, and all of creation…all that is.
